The Perception Carolina series has proven to be the most popular touring kayak in the world, and for good reason. The Carolina series provides new and existing touring paddlers with stability, maneuverability and control in an easy to use package. For this year, we decided to redesign our popular Carolina 13.5 making the hull faster, the cockpit easier to enter and exit and by increasing the boat's overall comfort. An optional redesigned thermoplastic rudder helps with steering when you need it. Finally, we have updated our comfort fit outfitting with an easy to use and improved lumbar and thigh support system.
