This sporty, performance sea kayak is lively and fun to paddle! A stylish low volume British-style sea kayak designed by the renowned Derek Hutchinson. Derek worked closely with Brian Henry and the Current Designs team to create this scaled down version of the highly successful Gulfstream kayak.
At 16' long and 22" wide, this sleek boat performs best with a paddler under 170 lbs. The nicely detailed cockpit and seating area, along with the low stern deck, allows the paddler easy, safe movement and control when performing rolls or advanced maneuvers.
It is outfitted with a retractable skeg, which gives the kayak stiffer tracking when deployed. The skeg can simply be lifted to allow quick and easy maneuverability
