The latest in the evolution of 12-6 racing stand up paddleboards “The 12-6 Hobie Elite”. The Hobie Elite design was a direct result from the Battle of the Paddle 2009. Feedback from all of Hobie's elite racers from the event helped in developing a board that paddles fast is extremely stable in the chop, turns easy and that surfs really well for a 12-6 race board. Utilizing the latest in high tech materials the Poly Carbon Epoxy construction “PCX” creates a board that is light weight, extremely durable and stiff for speed.
